Currently the Exhibition Manager of the Rijksmuseum. From 2003-09, Zeedijk was the Assistant-Secretary to the Curators responsible for the refurbishment of the Rijksmuseum. As Head of Exhibitions from 2009-16, he was closely involved in the making, development and realisation of the ‘New Rijksmuseum’.

Zeedijk studied History of Art at the Utrecht University in the specialty of the 17th century Dutch art and the history of collecting. The most recent one of his many published works was his editing work titled Collecting for the public • Works that made a difference, published by Paul Holberton Publishing in 2016.
